Most of us know the benefits of regular exercise. Making it a priority can sometimes be challenging when we have various demands on our time. Throughout my life I have had periods where I have been more consistent being physically active whether it is spending time lifting weights, swimming, hiking, or going for a run. During the times I have been more consistent, I have felt some of the benefits of exercise such as feeling stronger, having better mental clarity and having more energy to do the things I enjoy doing.
After dealing with some health issues a couple of years ago I decided to pursue my personal trainer certification to help encourage others and myself with more of the benefits of being active with whatever level you can start with. I have also obtained certifications as a Running Coach and Health Coach.
My approach to training is to be a support for you by helping you incorporate a workout regimen that works with your lifestyle whether it be 10 min to 60 min. Having someone who can help you be accountable to your goals. There are many different ways to be active, and I am here to support you in your fitness journey!
